Castro Valley Independent Flag Footbal League: Welcome
Castro Valley Independent Flag Football League, a division of the Castro Valley Indpendent Sports League -- often referred to as CVI -- is dedicated to providing an opportunity for kids ages 5 through 18 to play flag football.
Being an independent league, CVI has no residency requirements and therefore draws from Castro Valley, Hayward, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, and other nearby cities. The goal of the league is to provide a positive atmosphere that provides kids the opportunity to participate in a team sport and interact with other players. All players have an equal chance to play amongst others within their skill level and learn the game of flag football. Most importantly, everyone has fun.
We have six divisions : Senior, Intermediate, Junior A, Junior B, Junior C, and Pee Wee.
Marshall Elementary School will host most of the Flag Football games.

With the 2011 season under way, there are a few limited spots available.
The cost is $130.00 plus $20.00 VPP fee.

Are you ready for some football? Were very excited to get the 2011 Flag Football season off to a great start.
Saturday Sept 10th is Opening Day and is should be a great day of fun. The weather should be very nice.
To best enjoy your day, bring sun screen and a folding chair or two. Seating at Marshall is very limited. Remember, parking in the lots at Marshall is limited to Managers and Board Members ONLY.
The snack bar will be fully open all day along with our BBQ for Burgers and Hot Dogs.
Flag Football is played rain or shine. Plan on playing in the rain if it is raining. Spectators should bring an umbrella.
