 CVC COACHING PHILOSOPHY:
“Coaching leaders to lead.”   As a leader, one’s attitude has influential effects on teammates. As a leader it is my obligation to cultivate and develop a culture that promotes a positive attitude towards competition, teamwork and success. Great leaders possess passion for their cause(s); to successfully lead is to accept responsibility for that passion and make it infectious.

Centennial VBC is proud to offer an enthusiastic, committed coaching staff.  We understand that coaches can make the difference between a positive and negative Club experience.  You will find that CVC has maintained a knowlegable, dedicated, and well respected coaching staff.  We are dedicated to teaching your player volleyball skills that will help them advance their play!
