CT Knights Instructional Fall League

players will be paired up in groups and will go through work shops such as, Shooting, rebounding,dribbling, passing, conditioning, Defense and others. The players be at each work shop for 20 min and then rotate through.

The fall league is to teach the players basic fundamentals of basketball, How to properly play the game and to give them knowledge and understanding of the game.

The players will also be placed on teams and play a organized game
