: Board Meeting on 6/4/09
The monthly board meeting will be held on Thursday, Jun 4th at 7:30 at the home of Melissa Schwartz – Maplewood Isle10204 Vestal Court - Coral Springs Drive to Ramblewood. Go east on Ramblewood. 2nd left on Vestal Drive. Back to guard gate for Maplewood Isle. After guard gate make immediate left and house is first one on left. The agenda is as follows: - Review of the previous board minutes- Lisa Hodes/Brian to speak about the Jun 20th race- Treasurers report- Recap of the club social- New Member Welcome Letter/Active.com notifications/Mailing List Updates- Website Update- South Florida Running Forum (article of interest for Jun, mailing list and updates to Jim, summer participation)- Systems to get out b-day, anniversary, race PR’s, news about our club members, etc.- Water update from David- Jay on vacation- Gary Silver to speak on forming a marathon training group and Linda/Gary on pool running.- Feedback on the email I sent regarding the Jewfish Creek Bridge Half Marathon.
