CSSU Buccaneers: Team News: Buccs Banquet

Buccaneer Families,

As previously announced, the Buccs Year End Banquet will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM in the CVU cafeteria.  All players, parents and siblings are all invited to attend.  Dinner will be Italian themed pot luck and families are asked to bring a dish (enough to serve 10-12 people) as per below, based on players last name:

A - D     Main Dish (goulash, lasagna, pizza, italian sausage, etc.)
E - L      Salad (any kind)
M - R     Dessert (any kind)
S  (lots of S's!)  Rolls or bread (approx. 3 dozen each)
T- Z        Beverages (3 gallons each of milk, cider, lemonade, chocolate milk or water - no soft drinks please)

We will provide all paper products, etc.  but please BRING A SERVING UTENSIL for your dish as needed.  It's helpful if any serving items are labeled somewhere with your name for easy return at the end of the night.  Heated items should be brought warm, ready to serve - we do not have kitchen/oven access.

Thank you very much to those of you that have emailed me to help with set up, etc.  I think we have sufficient volunteers as this point and I will send another email soon to confirm times / assignments to those I have heard from.

Lastly - we are trying to get a good selection of photos for all levels.  Many photos for 5/6 and 7/8 have been posted already (thank you!) but we seem to be missing Flag photos.  If there are any Flag parents who have photos, if you could please upload them to the team photo gallery (http://www.eteamz.com/csbuccaneers/) link for photo gallery through shutter fly is on the main page. Any and all pictures are welcome, even if you only have a few. The first person to do so will need to create a "flag album" I believe. If you cannot upload for some reason, please email me directly.
