CSSU Buccaneers: Team News: Buccs Banquet

The date for the Buccaneer Banquet will be Tuesday, November 3rd, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the CVU Cafeteria.  Those of you that have attended in the past know this can sometimes run long.  We are making a few changes this year, in an effort to keep things on time.  All players and families are asked to please plan on staying until the end.

Dinner will be "Italian Theme Pot-Luck" with each family responsible for bringing either main dish, rolls, salad, drinks or dessert.  A separate email will be sent soon, outlining what everyone should bring, based alphabetically by player last name.

We are in need of several volunteers that can arrive around 4:30 -
4:45 to help with set up, decorations, etc.  A few other volunteers for 5:30, to accept food items as people arrive and get them to the buffet table.  Finally, several people will be needed for clean up so we can make sure to leave the space as we found it.
