Dear Parents - please look at the Golf Tournament Section of the site. We need help from Buccs parents to play in the tournament and also to volunteer to help run the event. 

The tournament raised $14,000 to benefit the CVU Redhawks and Buccs. Our equipment is updated and re-conditioned annually to provide safe protection for players. After a certain length of time equipment must be put out of service and new equipment purchased.This is very, very expensive. We purchased new helmets for 7/8 players this year and hope to follow with new helmets for the 5/6 players the following year. We cant do this on registration fees alone. Please step forward and help protect your player by helping to fundraise for new equipment.

Hi Everyone!

Yes, we have been working on Buccs related stuff for several months now. We have initiated online registration using Active.com the parent of the Eteamz group.  The online process will help with the incredible amount of paperwork and information we have to gather and work with to meet the Northern Vermont Football League's requirements for player, coach and equipment documentation.  There is so much work that goes on behind the scenes to keep this  program running that doing the old paper and pencil registration process was very inefficient when dealing with hundreds of people (parents and players, coaches, helpers, etc.)

We have posted up the Varsity Schedules and the Milton Jamboree date. The JV and Flag Schedules for games have not been set yet. These games are determined after coaches from different teams collaborate and decide when to play. Varsity Games are always the same time and on Saturday Mornings. Flag and JV games may occur during the week on any given day. That is how the program has been running games for years. Sometimes, there may be a JV game after the Varsity Teams finish playing on Saturday mornings.

Practice Schedules will be posted soon when the times are determined. Practices always take place at Palmer Field on the Shelburne-Hinesburg Road.

Hello there! As we continue our progress towards the start of the season more information is available!

Coach Dave Shanks of the 7/8 JV Team has just announced the 7/8 JV Schedule. We can tell you the dates and teams right now. Times will be forthcoming....Please see the "GAMES" section of our Website. Each team in the Buccs group has their own schedule on our website. You may also look for the "PRACTICE SCHEDULES" as well.

Coach Joe Tieso of the 5/6 JV Team is working to set up games with other teams. Not every NVYFL Team has a 5/6 JV team so we may play some teams twice. The 5/6 JV games may happen during the weeknight or may happen on a Saturday afternoon or possibly at our home field on Saturday when our Varsity Teams are away. Please check the GAMES and PRACTICE SCHEDULES Calendar on our website for more information as we get it.

Coach Chris Boffa of the Flag Team is also working to arrange some games for the team.
