November 6, 2009 - Message from League Commissioner
Welcome All to the 2009-10 Season of the Catholic Metro League of Atlanta
As our opening day tip-offs approach on November 7th, I have reflected on the accomplishments that our league has made. Many thanks are due to the Board of Directors for working ahead of time to organize and schedule all of the games. We have worked diligently to make our league organized, efficient, and well run.
Now its up to you, the Players, Coaches, Parents, Volunteers, Staff and Fans to make this season exciting and enjoyable. Based on past experience that shouldn't be hard to do. As we begin our season I ask that you keep Sportsmanship in mind. We have a tremendous opportunity and responsibility to act in a manner that demonstrates to others our values. We teach by our actions and reactions. Sport and the game of basketball gives us the chance to put those values to the test.
Have fun and use the talents that God has given you.
Rob Buechner
Commissioner
Catholic Metro League of Atlanta
