Wraps Up!

On a very cold note, one reminiscent of days spent on the fields in February for spring assessments, CLL would like to thank all the managers, coaches, parents and players for making this another successful Fall Ball season!!

 

The Board is already busy planning the 2010 season, from the Winter Player Clinics to registration.  Please check back often for updates to the website as well as watching for informational emails regarding clinics and other player development opportunities as we get those set up.

 

As always, thank you for your support of the League and we look forward to seeing everyone back for the 2010 season!! 

 

 

 

Chesterfield Little League is looking for volunteers

It takes a lot of volunteers to make sure that our children have a great year. This league is rich in parents with both experience and abilities that can make this a rewarding time for all of our children. An easy way for you to help is to volunteer to serve on one of the many committees created to help the League have a smooth, organized season. Even if you can only help once for a few hours, we can use your help. We have a huge need for field maintenance volunteers!!  Please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Kim Britton (kbritton2@yahoo.com) if you are interested in assisting CLL.

Opportunities include, but are not limited to:

-Opening Day -Fundraisers -Field Maintenance -Tournaments -Sponsorship

- Coach/Player Development -Team Parent -Uniform -Registration

 

BIG LEAGUE

Congratulations to our 2009 Big League team for another incredible season and finishing 3rd in the District!!  These young men had a fun, competitive season and played with heart, great attitudes, and respect.  Thank you to all the players and coaches for representing CLL so positively!

Chesterfield Little League strives to develop the baseball knowledge, abilities and sportsmanship of Chesterfield County youth, and instill in them a love for the game of baseball that lasts a lifetime. And although each new season the ‘Journey’ must begin again, as an organization we will strive to build upon the foundations of baseball fundamentals and new friendships that Little League Baseball develops year by year.
