This application must be completed and signed and a valid, government-issued photo i.d. must accompany it... If a photo i.d. is not attached, the application will not be considered... All applications should have the division(s) and team(s) you wish to volunteer for noted on them... ***Concession stand volunteers, scorekeepers, pitch-count keepers and team moms do NOT need to submit an application... Only those individuals wishing to work directly with league players, such as managers, coaches, umpires, any dug-out helpers, parents who assist on-field during practices, etc. are required to submit an application...
