THE RULES OF COMPETITION SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The duration of games shall be 18 minutes with two 9 minute halves; the semi-final and final round shall be 28 minutes with two 14 minute halves; if the score in the semi-final and final round is tied at the end of regulation time, two five (5) minute sudden death periods shall be played; if the score is still tied, penalty kicks (3) shall be taken
2. Teams shall be permitted to register 10 players. Only 10 players may dress per game; six players shall be allowed to play with unlimited substation in and out
3. Only registered teams players are allowed to participate. Passes and lineup forms must be given to the official scorekeeper before the start of the first game;
4. All regular soccer rules shall be in effect except the following; (a) there shall be no offside; (b) an indirect free kick shall be awarded if the goal kick is kicked or ball thrown over the midfield line of the playing field without first bouncing or touching a player; (c) an indirect free kick shall be awarded if the ball hits the ceiling or a fixture thereon; (d) on all free kicks the opponents must remain at least 5 yards from the ball; (e) a player ejected from a game as a result of receiving a red card shall be considered ejected from the duration of the tournament; (f) a player ejected from a game as a result of receiving two yellow cards shall be suspended for one game; (g) pass back and throw into the goalkeeper is allowed; (h) drop kick by goalkeeper over midfield line is not allowed
5. Substitutions may be made at any stoppage of play. All substitutions must be made from the substitution point with the knowledge of the official scorekeeper; player substitution shall not be allowed in the last minute of play
6. Group standings shall be determined as follows; (a) a win shall count as 3 points; (b) a tie shall count as 1 point; (c) a loss shall receive no points; (d) in case of a tie, goal difference shall determine the group winner; if the goal difference is the same, the team scoring more goals shall be the winner; I still tied, penalty kicks (3) shall be taken
7. All teams must bring two (2) sets of uniforms; players must wear shin guards
8. A team that comes late or fails to appear for a scheduled game shall lose said game and points; and shall be fined
9. A player may not play for more than one (1) team in any age group / division
