Cosmopolitan Junior Soccer League: Welcome

CJSL (Est. 1933) has established a legacy pre-dating the United States Soccer Federation. Enriched with continued Influences from both the Old Word and the New, the league is gearing up to meet the challenges before it.

We invite all honorable parties, recognizing & embracing the diversity of the Big Apple, to join us in an effort to provide an environment that enriches the lives of our youth through participation in the sport of soccer, calcio, futbal, futsball, nogomet, podosfero ; UNITY, RESPECT, and CHARACTER ON and OFF the FIELD is our ultimate G-O-A-L!

December 24th – January 14th:

**This must be done by ALL teams, including including Guest Teams/Clubs** 

• January 21st – Division Parings will be emailed out. 
• January 27th – Last day for any changes or additions to the pairings.
• January 21st to February 4th – Venue - Field Registration on http://www.cjslmanagement.org/.
• February 4th – Schedule will be posted on http://www.cjslmanagement.org/  for clubs to enter home fields and times.
• February 28th – Last Day for fields and times to be entered on Schedule will be posted on http://www.cjslmanagement.org/
• Wednesday, March 6th – Scheduling Conference at SC Gjoa/CJSL Office 850 62nd Street, Brooklyn, NY 11220 - Following CJSL League Meeting.  ALL Clubs must send a representative.

Tentatively CJSL League games will take place on the following weekends:

March  23 - 24	April  6 - 7	April  13 - 14
April 20 - 21	April 27 - 21	May 4 - 5
May 11 – 12	May 18 - 19	June 1 - 2
June 8 –  9	June 15 –  16
** All Games MUST be played by AGM - June 20th**

All teams should NOT plan to attend tournaments and other games during these dates. 

There will be NO CHANGES in the schedule after September 9th for the U-8 thru U-14's and after the Scheduling meeting for the U-15 thru U-19's except for State Cup AWAY game conflicts, and weather related cancellations

1.      EMERGENCY GAME CHANGES WILL HAVE A $50 FEE ATTACHED TO IT (IF IT IS APPROVED), AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF ANY PART OF PROCESS IS NOT DONE 10 DAYS PRIOR TO NEW GAME DATE.  

2.      STATE CUP OR WEATHER RELATED CHANGES MUST BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ORIGINAL GAME DATE, AND PLAYED WITH 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL GAME DATE, AND RESCHEDULED USING ONLINE PROCESS ONLY. .

The idea of the fees is to encourage you all to be PROACTIVE!!!  Don’t wait to request changes and try to get all information from your teams before the schedule is sent out.  The there are no fees attached and no delays in the process.
