In order to clarify the refund policy adhered to by the Christian Indoor Soccer League, it is important to understand that there are no guarantees regarding special requests made during the registration process. Furthermore, the company Active.com does not process any refunds. All refunds are process by CISL administrators.

Throughout the registration process, there are benchmark dates in which all or a portion of fees that are paid are considered non-refundable. The 2008-2009 refund dates are as follows:

• Drop by 11/14/2008 ($5 non-refundable service fee)
• Drop by 12/5/2008 ($10 non-refundable service fee)
• Drop by 12/29/2008 (50% non-refundable service fee)
• Drop after 12/29/2008 (no refunds)
• Note: LATE FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE at anytime

Parents & Coaches will decide on what time and day each team will practice before and during the season at the kick-off meeting. It is important to attend that meeting to voice your wishes regarding the practice schedule.  Check the calendar for details of the KICK-OFF meeting.

We hope this policy is clear to understand. Although we never like to see someone drop from the program, occassionally schedules conflict enough to do so.
