The CISL prefers you to use our SECURE online registration process instead of utilizing this form. This form should be used by registrants not using their credit cards or by scholarship requests only. We appreciate your cooperation during the processing of hundreds of registrations for the CISL, as it ensures that we will be as efficient as possible for our participants and their families.

All volunteers, Please fill out, sign and return this application to the RHBC office if you would like to volunteer as a coach, committee member, etc. Please note a background check will be performed on all Head Coaches assigned to teams on an annual basis.

These soccer rules are modified from the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) and the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) for the CISL.

Parents and Participants are asked to fill out evaluation forms after each season to give the Recreation Committee feedback on how the program is functioning. Please read these to see how parents have evaluated the CISL over the years.
