Pre K & K (co-ed)
Players participating at this level must be a minimum of 4 years old by January 2, 2010. The Pre K & K division consists of 4 weeks of practice and a 4-game mini-schedule. All participants will get an authentic CISL soccer jersey to keep, as well as soccer socks and a CISL "Spirit" medal. Games and practices are held at RHBC gymnasium. The structure consists of Monday night practice slots (limited spots available) and Saturday practice slots for the first 4 weeks. Games begin in the 5th week of the program and will be played on Monday evenings (starting Feb. 1, 2010). Practice sessions will begin January 2, 2010 for Saturday teams and January 4, 2010 for Monday teams (Remember, this is for Pre K&K only). Volunteer coaches/parents are always welcomed. Background checks are performed annually on all head coaches at the expense of the CISL. Head coaches may qualify for a 50% rebate on registration fees. The CISL provides a fun, Christian-based environment where players are challenged to try new things, improve their skills, make new friends and develop/strengthen their relationship with Jesus Christ. 1st & 2nd Grade (Co-ed) 6v6 The 1st & 2nd Grade division consists of practice starting December 1st (1 hour per week on a weekday) and a mininum of 8 league games on Saturdays for 8 weeks. After 8 games are played, an end of season Playoff tournament will be held. Teams will be seeded based on their league standings. All teams will qualify for the tournament. Participants will get an authentic CISL soccer jersey (to keep) and soccer socks. Tournament champions will receive individual trophies and all other tournament participants will receive CISL "Spirit" medals. Historically, games and practices are held at the RHBC gymnasium. Practice times/days are all subject to gym availability. Once the number of teams are finalized, there will be a limited number of slots remaining. It is wise to register as early as possible as some divisions have filled up in past seasons. Volunteer coaches/parents are always welcomed.
