CHS Girls Soccer Team Float Construction
Friday, October 3 - 4:00pm - The CHS Girls Soccer Teams participated in the Centennial High School Homecoming Parade! The float was decorated by the players just prior to the start of the parade, and looked great! Thanks to Roger & Sherri Nase (Courtney) for donating the trailer and truck to pull the float through the parade route! Thanks to Tom & Sherri Dimke (Erica) for allowing the team to use their greeN astro-turf on the float! Thanks to Keith & Beth Kirkland (Anne) for donating decorations used on the float! And thanks to all the players who helped to decorate, brought along a bag of candy, and rode or walked with the float through the parade route! Monday, September 29 - Roll-Out-Of-Bed Day at CHS
4:00pm - CHS Boys Varsity Soccer Game on Stadium Field vs. North (St. Paul) High School
7:00pm - Homecoming Royalty Coronation at the Performing Arts Center - CONGRATULATIONS TO HOMECOMING QUEEN AND SOCCER STAR, MOLLY VOIGHTLANDER!
Tuesday, September 30 - Back-To-An-Era Day at CHS (pick an era and dress up - 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, etc.)
4:00pm - CHS Girls Junior Varsity Soccer Game on JV Field vs. Andover
5:00pm - CHS Girls Varsity Soccer Game on Stadium Field vs. Andover
7:00pm - CHS Boys Varsity Soccer Game on Stadium Field vs. Andover
Wednesday, October 1 - Dolly Day and Superhero Day at CHS
Senior Dollies and Superheros can be purchased for dress-up by underclass-members for $1 starting on Thursday, September 25, at all lunches. A list of Dollies and Superheros will be posted in both the Red Building and White Building Offices at the end of the day on Tuesday, September 30. All Dollies and Superheros MUST be checked-out and approved, in their special dress-up apparel, by an administrator at 7:45am in the White Cafeteria on Wednesday morning, October 1.
Thursday, October 2 - Camouflage Day at CHS
8:00-10:00pm - Homecoming Bonfire on the CHS practice softball field behind White Gym - get a wrist band when you enter
Friday, October 3 - Spirit Day at CHS
2:00pm - All-School Pepfest (in the Stadium, weather permitting)
4:00pm - Homecoming Parade
7:00pm - Homecoming Football Game - CHS vs. Osseo
Saturday, October 4
8:00-11:00pm - Homecoming Dance (CHS White Gym)
Tickets will be on sale during all lunches. Enter the building for the dance through the White Gym entrance; students must bring their school ID. If bringing a guest from another school, you'll need to get a permission slip from the office - permission slips are available NOW at both offices. The permission slip must be signed by BOTH high school principals, so PLAN AHEAD! Dress Code will be enforced: the dance is semi-formal; nice pair of pants, dress shirt/blouse, or dresses that are not long formals; no dress shoes will be allowed in the gym - bring along a pair of flip flops, tennis shoes or socks to wear at all times!
Purses, hats and shoes can be checked at a secure, free Coat Check, managed by adults.
