06/03/13: ALL WELCOME to the end of year meeting from 6 PM to 7 PM at Wise Elementary Cafeteria. We will be electing new officers. New office term will take effect Jan 1, 2014. To be elgible to vote you must have been a coach or had a child play in the previous season.

FROM THE PRESIDENT
We are excited about our upcoming season. We are continuing with the Dixie Baseball / Softball Organization and the opportunity for success for our kids is unbelievable. We believe this organization has so much to offer us in regards to playoffs, umpire training, more teams to play, new friendships, and a fair system of competition.
The recreational season starts in April and ends the last week of May, then the All Star season begins. The All Stars have the opportunity to advance to a National World Series after going through a district, state, and, regional tournaments. That is certainly EXCITING!!!!

For the safety of our players, criminal background screenings will be mandatory for all volunteers having direct contact with our players.

CONCESSION
If you chose to work in the concession in lieu of the buy-out, your assigned work dates and times may be scheduled or rescheduled by contacting the Director of Concession (Lana Green) at (903) 570-0138. Please remember to call early to reserve your preferred times. |

Saturday, August 3rd and 10th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the CHBA Complex in Chapel Hill.
Please bring COPY of birth certificate to registration!
The CHBA Complex is located off Highway 64E on CR 220 approximately one mile east of Volunteer Fire Department.
