10U - The girls that have been trained as though they are "real ball players" and not as though they are 8 and 9
12U - The girls that can overcome all of the emotions and changes they are going through as pre-teens and focus on the tasks on the field and not the arguments they had in the car with their parents on the way to the field.
14U - The girls that have faith/trust in one another as a team so that they will never give up and will fight to win "in spite of" anything that has happened that day or that game.
16U - The girls that are pursuing their dreams through softball and will not allow anyone or any previous failures stand in their way of achieving this year.
18U - The girls that have dedicated themselves to improving and worked the hardest during the off season,
those who believe in themselves and what they've done to prepare for the battles ahead both physically and mentally.
