The 11U Eagles went back to back defending their Boo ball championship from last fall in Snellville at South Gwinnett Park over the weekend. The team put the run rule on their opponents in three of the five contests outscoring them 50-14 in a five game sweep. The Eagles have had another successful season getting their second fall trophy by beating a very good Parkview team 9-1 in the championship game that had been on an 11 game winning streak coming off a tournament win last weekend. The Eagles will play a few more weeks before ending their season with a NIT in Monroe next month. We will play a GGBL schedule next spring hoping to build on the 12-6 record and the second place finish in our bracket and are planning on heading back to Florida for a world series to improve our third place finish there last July. The Eagles are managed by Landon Boyd with Coaches Dirk Abney, Kevin Jones and John McGee. Team Members are Alaska Abney, Branan McGee, Camden Jones, Chase Everett, Jake Schertell, Jeffery Hill, JoJo Findlay, Michael Albee, Oscar Serratos, Tomas Nadal and Zach Boyd.
