  Just a friendly reminder, per ASA rules please have your 2014 ASA cards on hand at all times when working with the girls during practices and games.  If you do not have a 2014 ASA card you absolutely can NOT be on the playing fields (infield or outfield) and or in the dugouts at any time.  Please understand this is for your daughter(s) own protection.  Thank you for your patience and understanding in making this a safe environment for ALL of our girls to play in!!

8/2 Winter Evaluations at Butterfield Park.
8/9 Winter Evaluations at Butterfield Park, from 8am-2pm.
8/13 8U & 12U Draft: 8U at 6pm and 12U at 7:30pm @ Grazianos.
8/14 10U, 14U & HS Draft: 10U at 6pm and 14U/HS at 7:30pm @ Grazianos.
8/16 Coach's Clinic and Butterfield Field Maintenance and Equipment Distribution.
8/18 First Practice.  
8/23 Coronita Fields Clean-up: from 8am-12pm.
8/26 Team Moms Meeting: from 6:30pm-8pm @ Grazianos.  
8/26 Fundraiser Kick-off
8/28 Managers Meeting: from 6:30pm- 8pm @ Grazianos.
9/3 Score Keepers Clinic: a mandatory one (1) representative from each team, at 6pm @ Grazianos.
9/6 First Games of the Season.  
9/13 Fundraiser Money Due: (Subject to Change). 
9/15 Tournament Roster and Sign-up Due.
10/6-11 Mid-Season Pink Out Tournament.
10/10 Friday Night Fright with CGSA Trunk or Treat and Trunk Decoration Contest: from 5pm-8pm.
10/11 Spring Registration.  
10/18 Spring Registration.  
10/18 Fundraiser Delivery (Subject to change). 
10/25 Spring Registration. 
11/1 Spring Registration.    
11/8 Spring Registration.
11/12 Managers Meeting: at 6:30 @ Grazianos. 
11/12 Canned Goods for The Settlement House are due. 
11/15 Spring Registration.
11/15 Spring Season Managers Applications Due with Background Checks.
11/17-22 The Settlement House End of Season Tournament.
11/22 Championship game.

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!!

Coaches, Team Parents, Field Maintenance, Snack Bar, Field Duty Staff are needed for each season.  These duties usually fall to your CGSA Board of 20 people who are also a Manager, Coach, and or Team Parent for a team.  Please consider a few hours per season to volunteer in one or more positions.  Help us give our girls the best season possible!!

 BE A VOLUNTEER!!
