CGSA PHOTO OF THE WEEK!!!! We want pictures that remind us what this league is all about and show the true spirit of our amazing girls, whether they be action shots, buddy pictures, or just photos of girls being girls. If you have a photo, please submit to CGSA_2FUN@yahoo.com or post to the CGSA page on Facebook. Please give a brief description of the photo so we can add that too. *~*~* ...special message...*~*~* All, Please pass this along to your teams. CGSA is hosting MANDATORY field preparation and equipment training clinics for each Manager or Team Representative (preferably the one who will be responsible for setting up and breaking down fields) will attend to be able to be trained on the following items: 1. Field Equipment use and safety. ALL EQUIPMENT RELEASE FORMS WILL BE DUE AND YOU MUST ATTEND TO BE ALLOWED TO USE CGSA EQUIPMENT. 2. Proper techniques on dragging and maintaining fields. 3. Locations of water outlets and methods. 4. Setting up fields for game days. 5. Breaking fields down after final game. 6. Storage bin and properly storing vehicles and equipment.
This is a MANDATORY clinic and each Team Representative is required to attend ONE of the two dates shown below. #1 - Saturday, February 11th, 8:00am, Butterfield Park - Field 5 #2 - Saturday, February 18th, 8:00am, Butterfield Park - Field 5
I will have handouts on Field Dimensioning, Water valve and outlet locations, dragging procedures and reporting procedures. Please bring a pad and something to take notes with as we will be discussing quite a bit and moving fast so as not to disturb your morning practice or the other teams that will be practicing at 9:00am.
