The coaches are so proud of this team. You have no idea how far you have come this season. Although we didn't bring home any hardware this weekend you girls fought hard through a tough bracket to hang onto 4th place. Your defense stayed solid against some hard hitting teams and your bats kept the other teams on their toes!

Try-out dates to be posted soon! We are looking to add experienced, hard-working, and competitive players to our core of talented athletes. We are looking strictly for '99 birthdays, but will consider a '98 pitcher and/or catcher with experience.

While our competition was tough and didn't quite feel our bite, the Predators stuck it out to prove to themselves that their success was in the goals that were set and they were able to meet this weekend. As the team's first experience with the 10U rules our girls stepped up to the challenge by picking off the lead runner, holding a runner at 2nd or getting her out in a double play at 3rd after getting a runner out at 1st, a few tag plays at home plate, successfully laying down some bunts, and stealing a few bases of our own.

The Predators brought out the claws in the Tomball Spring Fling. The team met some stringent goals that had been set for them and in the process brought home a little hardware!

Congratulations girls. Your hard work is beginning to pay off. Let's keep up the good work!

The young ladies of the Predators have battled with some very tough teams.  Not all of our games have shown our potential, but the girls always come back ready to start with a clean slate.  We are very proud of these young ladies for the effort and desire to learn that they have shown at each practice.

Predators, hold your chin up and work hard.  Remember, we do not measure our success by our win/loss record.  We measure by how much each player learns and how well you all are able to put it together to work as a team.

Do the Predators want to be Champions?  It is going to take some hard work at each practice and only the players can show us how much they want it by always giving 120%.

The Cy-Fair Startz Valentine Classic proved to be a great start for the Predators.  Not only was this our first tournament as a team, but also the first tournament ever for many of our players.  Playing four games back to back was a totally new experience.  The Predators kept a tight grip on the opponent, but in the end, stamina got the best of us.

We plan to build on the great things we saw from the Predators this weekend with dedication and hard work.

The Predators have been working hard to come out strong in our first tournament.  We will play in the 11th Annual Starz Valentine Classic on Feb. 15-17 at Dyess park and we hope many other 8U teams will come out to show us where we stand in the pack.
