Tryout Dates and Times...

CCBC Tryout Dates / Times for

10 / 5th Grade, 11U / 6th Grade Girls

* Sunday, November 8th, 6-8pm 

* Thursday, Novemeber 12th, 6-7:30pm

* Sunday, November 15th, 6-8pm

All Tryouts will be held at Toano Middle School... Call Coach Sluss at 565-3628 or for more information call 565-7319.

Girls ages are determined by whatever the players age is on January 1, 2010.  The grade exception rule is 10U / 5th grade, 11U / 6th grade (which means an 11 year old 5th grader can play on the 10U team, and a 12 year old 6th grader can play on the 11U team).

CCBC Looking for Qualified Coaches for Upcoming Season!

Colonial Capital Basketball is currently looking for experienced coaches to Coach (or be an assistant coach) with the following age groups in our upcoming Winter/Spring Basketball Season (10, 12, 13, 14, and 16 Boys, and our 12, 13, and 14 Girls teams). The session runs from October (younger ages) until the end of May / June. If you feel you have the qualifications and the time, please contact Gary Petrin at CCBCBBALL@cs.com to set up an interview. Come join us and help make a difference!

Parents, Players, Coaches, Fans and Community Supporters:

The 2009-2010 basketball season is getting ready to begin. The Club is looking forward to continued success during the 2010 basketball season, and accomplish as much or more than in 2009.   

We are now recruiting parents to volunteer with certain club tasks to assist with making this upcoming season even better. We are asking for your support in spreading the word throughout the community about the opportunity to become involved with making CCBC even better than ever.

Current Tasks / Jobs / Positions include: Publisher for our monthly newsletter, Assist with soliciting sponsors for our new T-shirts, Team photographer, End of season Banquet Coordinator. Current Board Positions are Publicity Coordinator, Fundraising Coordinator, Equipment Coordinator, and Boys Basketball Coordinator.
* Benefits to Persons that are accepted: We waive the player fee for your children who participate, but most importantly the opportunity to be part of a growing organization.
