Summer Off-Ice Program
This camp is a great way to stay in playing shape throughout the summer.
It will consist of 6 sessions at Warwick Ice Rink and will be conducted by Vince Malts ** and the Varsity coaching staff. Sessions will start on Monday night, 7/21 and will continue on the following Monday nights… 7/28, 8/4, 8/11, 8/18 and 8/25. Each session will begin at 7:00 p.m. for 1½ hours. Please be dressed and ready prior to start time. Each Monday night will have a session for MS players and a session for HS players.
There is no cost to attend this Off-Ice Program and it is open to all CB South ice hockey players. Participation is strongly recommended to prepare for the upcoming 2008/2009 Fall ice hockey evaluations.
We will also be offering a one week ice hockey camp (8/11-8/14) for a minimal cost to our players. More information will be forthcoming.
** Vincent Malts is a former professional hockey player from Philadelphia, Pa. Just finished a career spanning 8 years and has had the opportunity of working with some of the best coaches and trainers in the game. After being drafted by the Vancouver Canucks, many doors we're opened up and he was able to learn from many different styles and philosophies during his years of experience. His program has a solid foundation of Russian, Canadian, American, and European Hockey Training Techniques behind it. He was also fortunate enough to learn from some great NHL coaches and gain a deeper understanding of the game and its important little details.
He is passionate about helping players develop not only as hockey players, but as strong character individuals as well. His clinics are direct and efficient and no time is wasted with his training. He is currently certified as a "Pursuing Victory with Honor” Character Teacher-Coach, and is a member of the International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA).

July's Car Wash to support the Ben Stear Fund...

Volunteers are needed as well as all supplies (the church will supply the water). We will need buckets, hoses, towels, sponges, soap. It may even help if a few people in the area offered to run home and dry towels a few times.

ordered Monday thru Thursday.

the "Ben Stear Fund". Frank Bova (Bova Foods) will also donate all the
pizza boxes to Dominick's.

Donations: Donations can be made by check made out to the “Ben Stear Fund” Please keep in mind that health insurance does not even come close to covering the expenses that the Stear’s have and will continue to encounter. From gas, parking, food etc while traveling back and forth to the Hospital now and future expenses while he Rehabs in Atlanta we need to help them in any way.
