Joe's operations experience has been in consumer services management of the ticketing industry. He has held regional and national directorships for contact centers & consumer services at Ticketron, Ticket Master and Tickets.com. Tickets.com was a division of Major League Baseball. He has also been a consultant for start-up ticketing services in the performing arts industry. Joe's involvement in baseball began in Little League where he coached and served as President. It continued through his son's experience as a recruited college player.

Tony received a scholarship from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he was the starting second baseman for four years. After graduation, he was signed by the Baltimore Orioles. He has trained every age level and has led a high school varsity softball team to the league championship. Over 25 years of coaching experience is the basis for a manual on the complete game of baseball, with an emphasis on hitting. A proud father of four, his greatest joy is working with young players and witnessing their improvement, on and off the field. Tony recruits, trains and develops players in the San Francisco Bay area and in Orange County. He is also a tournament coach and offers individual training.

Claire is the marketing manager of the largest private medical group in Orange County, California. Her marketing, sales and public relations experience includes hospital, medical group and private practice growth and business development. Claire is a registered nurse with management experience in private and public hospitals. Her experience includes employee injury prevention and risk reduction at a multi-hospital system.
