Chris Graves Plays for Colorado Christian University  

Congratulations to Chris Graves of Royal High School in Simi Valley, who received a combination academic and baseball scholarship to Colorado Christian University.   His mother, Dr. Cheryl Graves, reports that "Chris and all freshmen get to shovel snow off the field for practices and games."    She says its very different for a player from the Sunshine State to play on brown grass.   But he's getting used to it. 

John Kearns Signs With Holy Cross College, Worcester, MA

John Kearns of Crespi Catholic High School in Encino signed a letter of intent during his senior year to play for Holy Cross College, Worcester, MA.   John is a pitcher.   During his junior year, John won two games for his high school during the 2009 CIF playoffs.
