Big League District 29 Results 2009 All Stars
Well, Congrats to the Big League team they lost the first game and came back to win against District 46. This is the first time in 15 yrs that Distrit 29 has ever beat Distirct 46 prior to that it was in 1980 when D29 won the World Series. We had a team go back to the World Series in the late 80s early 90s that lost in the world series championship against the international team. Todays game was another display of talent on both sides... it was a great game and Raymond Kuzars pitching was on today once again I heard someone say it was the best game he had seen him pitch! Chirs Chambers hit the winning home run after a two -two tie in the bottom of seventh giving the victory to D29 over D46. They all played a great game and did a great job as a team. They will play again at 5:00 PM on Monday July 13th...we wish you all good luck!

Softball Majors advance to the Divisional
The Softball Girls from Metro Pioneer advanced on Friday to the Divisional hosted by District 49 in Apple Valley. Good Luck Girls and great job.

The 9/10 's are currently in the losers bracket and they will play on Monday at 5:30 P.M. ( La Mirada L.L.)
10/11 are currently in the losers bracket and they will play on Monday. ( Cypress L.L.)
Majors lost today and will play on Monday at 6:00 P.M. ( Cypress L.L. )
Jrs advanced and are in the winners bracket they will play on Tuesday (La Mirada L.L.)
Seniors advanced to the next game on Monday they will play D56 Whittier the winner will play against D 30 on Tuesday. Tonights game was a great game extra innings in the ninth inning the score was 10 to 10 Ben ocmes up with a two, two count and hits it out of the park for a walk off home run to win the game.
