What is the Burlington Legion Optimist Track & Field Club?
We are a volunteer organization with the following:
Aims and Objectives
To Foster, promote and teach track and field within the city of Burlington and to provide maximum opportunities for all eligible individuals to participate regardless of ability

To develop and encourage sportsmanship and community spirit among all participants to the betterment of their physical,mental and social well-being
To promote and sponsor such activities as may contribute to the financial well-being of the club.
We encourage you to try us out a couple of times before committing yourself to joining.

Age categories for 2009 Junior Group are listed below:
Mites: 2001-2002
Tykes: 1999-2000
Atoms: 1997-1998
Seniors: 1995-1996

The Burlington Track Club also has a Senior Group for High School aged athletes who train separately from our junior group.

 If you have any questions regarding the high school level please contact Tom Bereza at 905-865-5699
