Burlington Barracudas Midget AA Program

Tom Fergus, a proven coach that has the experience of playing in the NHL for 12 seasons.

Team Record for the 08-09 Season 32W-16T-18L

The team will compete in the Lower Lakes Female Hockey League in the Midget AA Division

The Midget AA Barracudas will have the opportunity to skate and practice with our Senior AAA team, that play in the CWHL.  This is a very unique opportunity for our own players.  Players on the Sr. AAA team played NCAA hockey for schools such as Brown University, Ohio State, Wayne St, St. Cloud, Colgate, Bemidji and others.  Our Midget AA players have the opportunity to practice with Olympian and World Champion, Becky Kellar.

The Midget AA and Junior Barracudas team will work on skill development together in a dedicated time slot,  two hours each week.

The team will also have a minimum of 1.5 hour  practice to work on specifice team strategies

The Midget AA Barracudas will also have the opportunity to practice and be called up to play games with the Junior Barracudas team, that play in the PWHL

We will be competing in approximately 5-7 tournaments throughout the season in Canada and the USA in order to give our players plenty of exposure 

We will have a team and player profile for each member of the team for scouts on the website and in print

In combination with the Midget AA, Junior and Senior AAA coaching staff and players we will prepare our players for the next level of hockey.
