Everyone on the ballot must agree to sign a background check and pass the criminal

history check. When submitting a name, please include a phone number

and address.

Nominations will be accepted from now until 10/21/2009.

Our General Membership Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 29,

2009 from 6-8 pm at Bryan West. The general membership meeting is open

to the public and affairs of the league will be presented. After the

general meeting has been conducted, those qualified to vote** will be

allowed to place their vote for next year's board and a revised

constitution will be presented for approval.

Absentee voting will be held Wednesday, October 28, 2009 from 6 pm - 8

pm at West for those who will not be able to attend the general

membership meeting.
