CONGRATULATIONS TO THE BROOKFIELD BLUR FOR BEING CROWNED CO-CHAMPIONS OF THE FAIRFIELD COUNTY FASTPITCH SOFTBALL LEAUGE!!!!!

Due to weather conditions the Blur and Darien were unable to play the championship game so both teams were awarded the title of champions.

In the semi-finals, the Blur came back from an 8-1 deficit to beat the Stratford Seahwaks 10-8 to advance to the finals.

The Brookfield Blur is a 12U competitive softball team consisting entirely of girls from Brookfield, CT.  The Blur are associated with Babe Ruth Softball and competes in the FCFSL- Fairfield County FastPitch Softball League. In addition, the Blur will be playing in several Pony Sanctioned Softball Tournaments throughout Connecticut and New York.

Please come out and support the Blur. It should be a fun and exciting 2007 for all to enjoy!
