Welcome to Brewer Park Soccer. The purpose of this site is to communicate information regarding soccer at Brewer Park to the users of this facility, including the clubs, teams, players, coaches, referees, and visitors.

Brewer Park is part of the Kent County parks system and therefore the regulations and laws that apply to Kent County Parks also apply to Brewer Park. Two of those that are strictly followed are :  DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES AND NO DOGS -EVEN CARRIED- ARE ALLOWED ON THE SOCCER FIELDS. (any area past the sidewalk to the North & West is considered part of the fields)

One other regulation is no group is allowed to sell any merchandise or food or have paid vendors come in the park for their group.

Brewer Park is located south of Grand Rapids, Michigan, on 84th Street just east of the US-131 expressway. The park features 3 full size soccer fields, 2 mid-size fields for the Under-11 and Under-12 age groups, and 1 smaller field for the Under-8 through Under-10 age groups.  Brewer Park also features a baseball field, volleyball court, tennis court, basketball court, playground, covered picnic area, wooded picnic area, and a 36 hole frisbee golf course.

AUGUST 2010- The updated Rules and Regulation form that each club needs to sign and submit is located under the NEWS section. Please make sure you send a signed copy in with your payment. A copy will also be sent with your bill. 

 All games will be scheduled according to existing/returning clubs first during the Spring and Fall sessions. All other requests for games will be considered after the first scheduling is complete for each session. Games are scheduled on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays (GVSA ,Select,& Premier games not before 11am on Sundays for the 3 large fields).  ALL GAMES MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE PLAY!

-----Games to be rescheduled due to field closures will take presedence over any other activities, but ever effort should be made to reschedule in exsiting time slots if at all possible. Thank you.

***NOTE: Field 5A and 5b are open.  Please alternate your games on these fields to reduce field damage****

THE FINAL FALL SCHEDULE IS CURRENTLY POSTED--FOR GAME CHANGES, PLEASE STICK TO THE DAYS AND TIMES LISTED.

 Only 1 person per club can be the contact to change schedules or update times. The field schedular will also be the person that contacts both GVSA & the Referee Assignor with any game changes-the clubs do not once Brewer Park takes over the scheduling. Game changes are not permited because a head coach has conflicts with times. Any game change request must include the following: Team Name and Age group (Use actual age groups like U11 --not # x #),original date, time & field number of game. New requested date and time and reason for the change.

Once approved ,the Scheduler (Sue Crabtree) will send an email to confirm/or deny- to the club contact and will also contact GVSA and Referee Assignor. All changes OR request for new games must be emailed to the above contact at crabtreesue@comcast.net -no phone calls will be accepted. That avoids all mis-commuications.
