Mid-Atlantic Wrestling Association
MAWA hosts a series of open tournaments to qualify for their own multi-state championship and field a team to compete in the AAU duals.
Virginia Wrestling Association
A central site for information on wrestling in VA at all levels.
Capital Area Wrestling League (CAWL)
CAWL is another local (NVA) league that sponsors youth wrestling. Their format is primarily team dual meets (instead of tournaments) and they compete against teams around the Beltway in MD as well as VA.
Generally, this league is for advanced wrestlers.
