The Bucs (2-0) picked up their first win of the Fort Bend Tournament with a 15-0 shutout in a run limit shortened game in which Josh Ward pitched a no-hitter. Ward saw 3 innings of work and struck out 9 of 10 hitters faced in the contest. The Bucs scattered 6 hits over 2 innings at the plate with A.J. Angelone (1-2, 2 RBI, 2 runs), Josh Ward (1-3, 2RBI, 2 runs, and Scott Lapier (1-1, 2B, 2RBI) leading the way. Also picking up hits were Dalton Perry, James Cantu, and John Silcott.
