Boyd-Buchanan Football: General Forms

All athletes must have a sport's physical after April 30 to participate in sports for the following school year.

The team trainer, coach or a representative must carry the Sport's Participation form to every competition. Every player must turn in a completed form before boarding the bus.

Athletic fees are required to fund our sport's program. Fees pay for transportation, uniforms, officials, field and equipment maintanence, TSSAA fees among many other expences.
