Highlights from the past 2 weeks include: On September 20th, the Girls JV team places first giving Boulder Creek our first ever team win! Leading the girls was Tyler Joanou in 1st, Lauren Reichard in 3rd, Sarah Fredericks in 4th, Maggie Kraft in 5th, and Carissa Miyano placed 9th to complete the team scoring. The boys varsity placed 7th, led by Garrett Arvidson in 5th. The girls varsity placed 6th led by Lindsay Gregory in 11th. Also scoring for the varsity teams were Adam Mackey, Jeff Pitts, Zach Walling, Zane Walling, Natalie Bell, Trinity Slack, Gloria Harper, and JoEllen Pilcher. Leading the boys JV were Joel Rollins and Jake Felton. 9/27/08 : Doug Conley Invitational Garrett and the Girls team are invited to the prestigous Doug Conley Invitational where Garrett placed 16th overall in a 5K PR of 16:11. The girls team placed 16th led by Lindsay Gregory in a PR time of 20:48. Also scoring for the girls were Trinity Slack-Johnson, Natalie, Bell, Gloria Harper, and Lea Halbig. JoEllen Pilcher and Lexi Fiefer were close behind. Tyler Joanou led the Jags in the girls OPEN race. This is the first BC has had a team invited to this meet.
