 By providing an environment that will help build our youth’s self esteem and positive social relationships. The monitoring of academic progress is imbedded into our goals. Families are solicited and encouraged to participate in the facets of recreational and academic challenges. Studies and Statistics have indicated that our youth with idle time will turn that time into negative approaches to family and life challenges.

The AAU has a 118-year history of providing sport and fitness opportunities to the sports enthusiasts of all ages. During the 2004 fiscal year 4.7 million men, women, boys and girls have participated in sporting and fitness programs administered by the AAU. From the AAU’s Regional District Programs to National Championships, from the AAU Sullivan Award to the AAU Junior Olympic Games, from the President's Challenge to the Complete Athlete Program, our organization prides itself on participation, education, and recognition.
