What I focus on:

My programs are simple: I will combine your goals as a team or individual with my expertise to recognize biomechanical weaknesses and go from there. I will observe and correct any biomechanical errors in order for the players to have the most efficient movements possible. Unlike many other instructors, I incorporate mental strength and visual mechanics into every lesson and clinic.
