U13 BSC Freedom 95 Wins the Bethesda Thanksgiving Tournament
Congratulations to the BSC Freedom 95. After several rain delays the Freedom 95 got to play 2 "under the light" games at the MD soccerplex against some great competition. In the Championship Game, Bethesda faced a skilled NYE team and Region I champions, the Massapequa Stars. At the end of an exciting and hard-fought game, Bethesda ended with 1-0 win.

U13 BSC Freedom Win MD State Cup
The U-13 Bethesda Freedom were crowned Maryland State Cup Champions on November 2nd, 2008 at the Maryland Soccerplex. The Freedom earned a spot in the 2009 Region 1 Championships in Huntington, West Virginia in July. They faced fierce competition on their way to the finals battling some top local teams including Parkville Eagles, Potomac Arsenal, Freestate Strikers, and SAC United Premier. The Freedom then faced the Greater Severna Park Kickers in the finals and ended their State cup run with a close, hard fougth 2-1 victory. Congratulations to the players and coaches!

Bethesda Freedom Finishes 2-1-0 in the WAGS Tournament, Cup Flight Division
After wins against Hulmeville SC Xtreme and the Kings KSA Elite Rumke, Freedom 95 entered its final game 2 points ahead of the Massapequa SC Stars. The Freedom couldn't keep the pace though and lost its final game against the Region I Champions, the Massapequa Stars, who went on to play in the semi-finals.

OBGC Capital Cup - BSC Freedom Tie their Bracket - lose in Goals Against
The Bethesda Freedom finished dead even in its tournament bracket with 2 wins and 1 tie. Unfortunately, the 1-1 tie with the NVSC Majestics led to a look at goal differentials and the Freedom95 were edged out of a spot in the finals. NVSC went on to win the tournament 2-1 against the BRYC Harkes.

Bethesda Freedon Win the August Cup 2008
The Bethesda Freedom came out of its bracket with 3 wins to face the MSC Shamrocks in the finals. The Freedom edged out the Shamrocks 3-1 to win the August 2008 Tournament.

Freedom 95 Wins Columbia Invitational Memorial Day Tournament
Over a gorgeous Memorial Day weekend, Freedom 95 won the premier division, 11 v 11 of the Columbia Invitational Tournament, giving up only 1 goal in four games. Congratulations to both coaches and players for their hard work!!

Bethesda Freedom95 & Galaxy teams will watch and learn from the Women's National Team on Thursday, May 8th from 3:30-5:30 at Georgetown University lower artificial turf field.

* Spring 2008 BSC Developmental players can select either one week day or evening camp at no additional charge. If a BSC Developmental player decides to attend an overnight camp instead of a day camp, the summer day camp fee can be applied toward the overnight camp fee.

Freedom 95 Wins the 2008 August Cup Tournament
The Freedom enjoyed a beautiful weekend of soccer and worked hard to sharpen their skills in preparation for the beginning of the WAGS Fall '08 Season. Freedom 95 was able to bring home the cup. Congratulations!!
