Bethesda Soccer Club started as three teams in 1979, competing as the Bethesda Boys Club. Today, we have some 40 boys and girlsÂ’ teams from ages U-8 through U-19 that compete in various leagues in Maryland and Region I. The club is located in Montgomery County, Maryland, just northwest of Washington, D.C. Soccer America ranks the Bethesda Soccer Club among the best in the USA.

The Maryland State Youth Soccer Association is the governing body of youth soccer in the State of Maryland and is affiliated with the United States Youth Soccer Association, United States Soccer Federation, and FIFA, the world governing body of soccer. MSYSA has over 120 affiliated clubs and leagues in all twenty-three Maryland counties and Baltimore City, with over 60,000 registered players and 5,000 coaches. MSYSA offers many important soccer related activities and events throughout the year.
