Sub-Committees
BBMFC will only be successful if everyone gets involved. Due to the projected growth of our conference we have established committees where League Reps and Board members are encouraged to join. These committees will help the organization operate more efficiently and affectively.
Competition and Rules Committee established to review and recommend changes to the stringent controls that govern competition on game day/evening. This committee can also work directly with the Commissioner to handle any and all grievances during competition weekend.
Public Relations Committee established to provide the Bert Bell Memorial Conference and its Member organizations with publicity and media relations all year round. This committee also oversees all Marketing and collateral material sent out to the public.
Post Season Committee established to coordinate and confirm all the details for Championship weekend. This would include but is never limited to: confirming the field the games will be played on, who and how the concession stand will be operated, parking and ticketing information, VIP passes for coaches, confirming the officials, weigh-in for teams, Commissioners notes and more.
Recruiting Committee established to review all requests for entry into the Bert Bell Memorial Conference, as well as recruiting new members to organization. This committee will review all by-laws, rules and regulations that govern the process by which teams are orientated into the Bert Bell Memorial Conference. Recommendations will be made annually if needed to amend such policies. No new organization will be confirmed into Bert Bell without being interviewed and taken through the stringent controls and evaluation processes established by this committee.
Scheduling Committee established to review and confirm the pre-season, regular season and post season play of all teams. This will include the location and time of games, officials arrival time and junior varsity home and way scheduling.
