Friday, November 20Chairperson NEEDED for annual social!!
Dear Members,
We are in need of a chairperson for our annual social. This event is scheduled to take place at Luciens Manor on Friday May 7th, 2010.
The Chairperson will be responsible for ticket sales, DJ, Chinese Auction, Door prizes, donations from local businesses and the coordination of volunteers.
This event is our primary fund-raiser of the year and is critical to our budget and keeping fees to join our program the lowest in the area.
Please consider volunteering for this important role.
The board will consider job sharing or a committee.

Lastly, the board would like to personally thank Bill Beasley for his tireless efforts planning the last several socials and his continued loyalty and support of our program.
Bill's dedication, sacrifice and hard work epitomizes what volunteering is all about and we applaud him.
