Neck guard - not required yet but highly recommended
Mouth piece - special mouth piece needed for players with braces
Shoulder pads/chest protector - all in one piece
Elbow pads
Hockey pants - depending on players size he may need suspenders if his waist is to thin
Cup
Shin guards
Hockey gloves
Skates
Hockey stick
Hockey bag
always good to keep a roll of hockey tape in bag for stick and/or socks
