Bentonville Youth Baseball 2012 Spring USSSA Team League
Team League Registration is NOW OPEN to ANY USSSA registered teams
Please click here to register your team.
Bentonville Youth Baseball will again be offering a special “Team League” Division this spring 2012 for area USSSA registered teams. The games will be played at Memorial Park and Phillips Park and will follow USSSA rules. The 10-game season will begin on March 7th and finish on May 2nd (no games will be played on March 21st, Bentonville Spring Break). Games will primarily be played on Wednesday nights at 6pm or 8pm. We anticipate scheduling each team 1 Wednesday game per week for 8 weeks (8 games) with the 9th and 10th games scheduled as a double header on one of the Wednesdays or possibly a single game on a Tuesday or Thursday. At several coaches’ request, we have extended the season and reduced the number of double-header nights to allow for warmer weather games. The breakdown of the final schedule will be determined once we know how many teams of each age will be playing in the Wednesday Night Team League.
- Must be USSSA registered team.
- Teams will earn 100 USSSA Points
- BYB will provide fields and umpires; each USSSA team will be responsible for providing game baseballs and their own uniforms.
- There will be a minimum of 4 teams per age group. More than 4 teams may be possible depending on the total number of teams and field availability. It may be necessary to limit the number of teams in an age group or not have an age group depending on the number of teams that register. There must be at least 1 Bentonville Team in each age group.
- Bentonville teams will be eligible to represent Bentonville in the Cal Ripken/Babe Ruth All-Star Tournament Trail starting in June. However, any players who do not live in the Bentonville School District will not be eligible to play in the Cal Ripken/Babe Ruth Tournament games.
Team League Registration is
NOW OPEN to
ANY USSSA registered teams in the Northwest Arkansas Area. The cost will be $600 per Team and needs to be paid in full at the time of registration to reserve a spot in the league. If you are paying by check, BYB must receive your check within 72 hours of submitting your registration or your spot may be released to another team. COACHES,
please click here to register your team. Team League space will be available on a first come basis. Make checks payable to: Bentonville Youth Baseball and mail to PO Box 94, Bentonville, AR 72712 or checks may be delivered to Gan Nunnally at Nunnally Chevrolet in Bentonville.
Since there were no Bentonville teams that registered in the 9 year old and 12 year old age groups, we will not be offering a Team League for these two age groups. Below are listed the Bentonville teams that have registered in their various age groups. Registration is now open for any additional teams to join any of these age groups. If we do not have at least 4 teams in an age group by the February 15th registration deadline, that age group will be cancelled and the paid registration fees will be refunded back to the players and/or teams.
