Welcome to BEND OREGON!

As with any volunteer organization such as ours, BNLL cannot provide the optimum experience for your child without your help. WE NEED VOLUNTEERS…….now and in the future!! The BNLL board members think a great way to train new leaders for the future would be to give those interested an opportunity to follow us through the season! Learn how it works now and serve next year!! Please contact us at the league office @ 383-2612 or by e-mail listed on the sidebar.

Also thank you for to all those who volunteered during the 2007 season. Little League is a volunteer run organization that requires the service of most of those participating to succeed!

Come join the fun! The kids need you!

In May of 2005 the Little League International Board of Directors made a significant change that affects all Little Leagues across the nation. Starting with the 2006 season, the age determination date in all divisions of Little League Baseball will be moved to April 30. A baseball player’s chronological age on April 30 of the year of play (2006….this year) is his/her league age for the current year. The prior age date Little League used was July 31. The chief reason was so that most players will spend the majority of the regular season at the same chronological age as their league age. The 2006 season will be a transitional year with the age date change so any concerns pertaining to which division is the best for your child will be handled on a case by case basis.
