About the Program
Registration is open to boys and girls in grades 1 through 8 as of September 2006. We are evaluating the feasibility of a 9th and 10th grade program.
The "SWISH KIDS" program is a 1-hour weekly program for players in grades 1 and 2. Beginning Sat. Dec 3rd through Sat, Feb 18th when school is in session. Start times are 11:00 a.m. for 1st grade and 12:00 for 2nd grade. The cost for the "Swish Kids" program is $40 per child.
The In-Town League is for players of all abilities and skill levels in grades 3 through 8 and is a great way to learn the game and have fun. Participants practice one night per week beginning in November and play games on Saturdays beginning in December. The cost for the The In-Town program fee is $60 per child with a $10 discount for registrations before July 31st.
The Travel League participates in the Metro-West Basketball League. This is a competitive program open to students in grades 4 through 8. Any player may try out for the team. Players will be expected to attend BOTH tryout sessions. Teams practice 2x a week beginning in October and play games on Sundays beginning in December. The cost for the Travel program is $125 per child with a $25 discount for registrations before July 31st.
Players are welcome to play in both the In-Town and Travel Program.
