Registration for Fall Is Underway!




 Attention all Belleville Soccer Club members and anyone interested in playing soccer!



 June 1st through June 30th registration is open for all fall soccer programs. 

Contact  registrar if past June 30th date (as of 8/18/2016 this is still open)

One place to register your 4 year old through 12 year old as well as your High school girls soccer players. 



  If you are unable to register online, 

please email the registrar soon as teams will  fill up quickly.


If you prefer to pay by cash or check you must register in person or by mail. Please email Angie for the form and then mail the completed form to: Belleville  Soccer Club c/o Angie Markhardt  N8270 Cty RD CC Belleville, WI 53508.

Please be sure to include your registration fee. 

2016/2017  Registration Fees (per Season):  $50 U09-U12 Recreational Teams and 4yo through 1st gradeers, $125 High school club teams
Late Fee: A late fee of $15 applies to all registrations received after the registration deadline. All checks should be made out to "Belleville Soccer Club".

Prior to your 1st practice you must give to your coach a signed Medical & Concussion Waiver. These forms will be available from your coaches.

Please note: Requests for team placement may or may not be honored at the sole discretion of the Club. Many factors go into team formation. The primary concern is the creation of the best possible soccer environment, with fair and balanced teams, as well as teams with the appropriate numbers of players. Ages and genders may be combined as necessary to find room for all who wish to play, and to keep teams from being too large or too small. Requests are only honored if, in the Board’s opinion, they are consistent with these goals.

Refund Policy: If notice of cancellation and a request for refund is received by the Club Registrar within 60 days of registration and prior to the start of practices, then the registration fee will be refunded in full.

Financial Assistance: It is our mission to make organized soccer available to all. If you cannot afford the registration fee, uniform fees, or other related costs, please contact the Club President.
