Dear Potential 16U Bedford Hornet ASA Softball Sponsor:
The season is approaching and the 16U Bedford Hornets ASA softball team is off and running. Preparations for another exciting year are under way, won’t you please join us?
The Bedford Hornets ASA Softball Club is a unique organization that was established to provide an ASA Softball program comprised of players who have a desire to compete at a level higher than typically experienced through local recreational leagues. Our charter is focused on providing a fun, positive learning environment for the kids that places emphasis on honesty, character, teamwork and skills development. We build highly competitive year-round teams while adhering to our desire for balance.
Many ASA softball teams and AAU baseball teams charge large fees to play on their teams. The Hornets objective is to be able to offer hard working families the opportunity to afford an accelerated program for their talented player without re-mortgaging their home to do so. To accomplish this we are looking for your assistance. We were very successful last year and hope to do even better this year with a little help from you.
This is our forth year and we are seeking financial assistance to keep our program competitive. As in past years, there are different levels of sponsorship available. Please take the time to review the enclosed sponsor sheet and find the tax deducible sponsor level that is right for you and your business.
We are working hard to provide the right mix of competition and character building for our growing group of talented girl softball players. We intend to represent NH well when out of state, provide the training aids necessary to compete, and maintain the fields where we play. We are hoping for sponsors to assist us in these endeavors.
In closing, we would like to thank you for taking the time to consider our request for sponsorship. It is sometime very difficult to raise money for girls’ sports and we really appreciate your time. Please feel free to call us with any questions or comments about the Hornet Softball or sponsorship.
