*** ATTENTION PARENTS & PLAYERS *** Spring registration dates have been set as well as Opening Day for the Spring Season. The dates are listed below:
Saturday, 12/5 Registration 11am-3 pm
Saturday, 1/9 Registration 11am-3 pm Saturday, 1/16 Registration 11am-3 pm Thursday, 1/21 Registration 6-8 pm Saturday, 1/23 Registration 11am-3 pm
Friday, 2/5 Late Registration ENDS (all forms must be postmarked by 2/3/10) Forms received after this date will be placed on a waiting list.
To complete forms at home, please print out the 2010 registration form, Medical consent form and the 2010 volunteer form in the Handouts section of the website. Please bring completed forms with proof of residency (utility bill, mortgage/lease agreement, etc.) and original birth certificate to Fieldhouse #2 at the above dates and times. ** OPENING DAY is March 27, 2010!!! **
