Bayshore Athletic Association: About Us

Bayshore Athletic Association is affiliated with the Cal Ripken Baseball Organization.  This organization is a Non-profit Volunteer-run athletic Association providing baseball opportunties to kids from ages 5 to 15 in the Southern Ocean County Area.  The Association is comprised of all volunteers, contributing to make a successfull program that provides an outlet for our players to learn, grow, and develop important interpersonal skills for many years to come.     

Bayshore Athletic Association is comprised of 5 Divisions which include:

Cal Ripken Baseball T-Ball (Ages 5-6 Coed)  - Ages 5 - 6 D.O.B. 5/1/2006 - 4/30/2008 
Cal Ripken Baseball Rookie (Ages 7-8) - Ages 7 - 8 D.O.B. 5/1/2004 - 4/30/2006
Cal Ripken Baseball Minors (Ages 9-10)
Ages 9 - 10 D.O.B. 5/1/2002 - 4/30/2004
Cal Ripken Baseball Majors (Ages 11-12) - Ages 11 - 12 D.O.B. FROM 5/1/2000 - 4/30/2002
 
Babe Ruth Baseball Seniors (Boys 13-15) - Ages 13 - 15 D.O.B. FROM 5/1/1997 - 4/30/2000

 

Bayshore's Mission Statement

The Babe Ruth Baseball program, using regulation competitive baseball rules, teaches skills, mental and physical development, a respect for the rules of the game, and basic ideals of sportsmanship and fair play.  In all aspects, Bayshore Athletic Association is committed to providing our participants the very best educational, sports experience possible.  It is our foundamental belief that every child with a desire to play baseball be afforded that opportunity.
