Welcome to the Batbusters Metro Web Site.  We are an 18U travel team from Southeast Michigan, comprised of girls from Farmington Hills, Highland, Hartland, White Lake, Holly, and Southfield.  The girls range in age from 15 to 18.  We will be playing a competitive "A" level travel schedule this summer.

** ASA MOTOR CITY SHOWDOWN RUNNER-UPs!! **

The Batbusters 18U Team were Finalists in the ASA Motor City Showdown Tournament played in Canton, Michigan on July 4- 6, 2008.
After beating all five teams in their pool, they were the #1 Seed in the top level "Platinum" bracket for the Championship.  In pool play, the Batbusters defeated Windsor Fastpitch 6 - 0, Ann Arbor Gold 5 - 4, Oakland Sidewinders 7 - 0, TSI Michigan Classics 3 - 0, and RBI Fastpitch 5 - 2.  In the Championship game, they lost a competitive game in the International Tiebreaker by a score of 8 - 6.  (Please note that six of the ten players are actually 16U eligible, but played up with their four 18U teammates!)
